If you are paying by credit card (using PayPal below), your website can be activated as soon as an hour after you place your order. When PayPal sends us the payment notification, your order will be processed and an E-mail message will be sent to the address you specify below with access instructions.

If you request to be billed for your service, your website will not be activated until the first payment is received. The first invoice will be sent to the E-mail address or street address you specify below immediately after placing your order. Simply return the invoice with your payment and your website will be activated as soon as payment has been received.

Part 3: Select Your Website Name

If you already have a registered domain name, enter the name below. We will verify that the name is registered to you, although you must arrange to have the DNS records point to our servers. Once that is complete, your new website will be visible. You may, however, set up your website while waiting for the DNS record changes to propagate around the network. They offer fast service, great prices, superior customer support, and great tools for administering your domain. Part 4: Payment Options

Note: All accounts are billed in advance of each month of service.

If you elect to pay via one of the credit card choices below, we only accept payments made via PayPal at this time. PayPal is a free service that you may sign up for to make electronic and credit card payments to almost any business, person or web company. If you do not have a PayPal account already, it only takes a few minutes to set one up. Once your total package cost has been calculated and confirmed by you, you will be sent to the PayPal site to make your payment. Your website can be activated as soon as an hour after you place your order. When PayPal sends us the payment notification, your order will be processed and an E-mail message will be sent to the address you specify below with access instructions.

Pay monthly by Credit Card

Your card will be charged for the first months payment, plus the setup charge. You will then be charged monthly thereafter. You may cancel your website hosting service at any time. Payments already made will not be refunded.

Pay only first invoice by Credit Card (Express Setup)

Your card will be charged for the first months payment, plus the setup charge. You will then be billed via E-mail for each successive month due. You may cancel your website hosting service at any time. Payments already made will not be refunded. All subsequent invoices must be paid on time to avoid interruption of service.

Bill via E-mail

If you select this option, your website will not be activated until the first payment is received. The first invoice will be sent to the physical mailing address you specified above immediately after placing your order. Simply return the invoice with your payment and your website will be activated as soon as payment has been received. You may cancel your website hosting service at any time. Payments already made will not be refunded. All invoices must be paid on time to avoid interruption of service.

Part 6: Acceptance Agreement

Fat City Network Services requires that each website user understand and agree to the following:

(1) The website shall not be used to store pornographic material. Sites containing adult material, although not necessarily pornographic, are also prohibited.

(2) The website and our servers may NOT be used for the sending of unsolicited E-mail (spam). We have a strict policy of not hosting any sites that participate in "spamming". For our full policy, see our page on spamming.

(3) The website shall not be used for gambling or any other practice deemed illegal by the laws of the U.S. Federal Government.

(4) The website shall not be used to store or disseminate material that is threatening, racially offensive, hateful or of a slanderous nature.

(5) Fat City Network Services reserves the right to deactivate any customer account at any time, if the account is in violation of Fat City Network Services policies.

(6) In fairness to other server customers, exceptionally busy sites transferring over 200 megabytes of data transfer per day, must be either moved to a dedicated server or just removed from our servers. We do offer dedicated hosting, if you need such facilities.

(7) Billing begins when your website is configured and online. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for website design. Website design is not included in either the setup or monthly charges.

(8) The website fees do not include the registration of any domain names. We recommend Register.com for domain name registration services.

(9) You understand that the Fat City Network Services 30 day money back guarantee only applies to monthly charges paid, and does not include setup charges. No setup charges will be refunded.

(10) You can cancel your website at any time. To do so, you (1) must use the online cancellation form OR call our administration office at (858) 538-5051 and receive a cancellation number (E-mail cancellations are NOT acceptable), and (2) understand that all cancellations are done on the last day of the month the cancellation is recorded.

(11) Your use of Fat City Network Services servers and facilities constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions for website hosting customers are located here. You acknowledge that you have read this document and abide by the provisions contained therein.
