The following example situations are NOT emergency situations:
- A mailing list which has been quiet or inactive for a length of time
- Inability to subscribe or unsubscribe from a mailing list
- Inability to post a message to a mailing list
- Can't find a web page or website
- No response to a E-mail query you sent
- Etc...
If any of the above situations (or similar) apply to you, use our regular contact methods
to get in touch with us. We'll generally get back to you within 24 hours.
An after-hours emergency is defined as any of the following events:
- A service interruption (website unreachable)
- A website control panel which isn't responding
- A mailing list in a repeating loop
- A database which is down or unreachable
- An auto-responder (vacation, bad address, etc) gone amuck
- An alert which is indicated as "urgent" on the Alert Page
- Abuse or misuse of a mailing list or user account
- A mailing list owner with an urgent problem
- A website owner with an urgent problem

In your message to us, please indicate the nature of the problem and your contact
information. The message will be sent to
our after-hours staff for immediate assistance. You should receive a response within four
hours via the contact method you indicate.
